Jessica G. Hartung, founder of Integrated Work Strategies and CEO, has spent 20 years focusing on the relationship between individuals, their work, and how business goals can be successfully achieved while people enjoy the process. She holds a Master of Science in Management from Regis University, a BA in Sociology from the University of Michigan, and is a Certified Professional Behavioral Analyst (CPBA). She is a member of the International Coach Federation, which is recognized nationally for maintaining the highest standards in the coaching profession, as well as the Institute of Management Consultants, part of the global community that certifies management consultants in accordance with international standards.
Sue Brundege is the Director of Client Services at Integrated Work, providing direction to our facilitation and coaching services for clients in the areas of leadership, communication, peer learning, and team-building. As a certified coach, Sue provided organizational development consulting for a major healthcare system, including leadership coaching and communication skills training. She has owned her own company, coaching and mentoring entrepreneurs as they grow their businesses. She holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Consulting and a Bachelor’s degree in Speech Communication, and is a Certified Professional Behavioral Analyst (CPBA).
Kate Goff is the Learning Team Program Manager at Integrated Work Strategies. She has 12 years of experience in social science research and industry. Her background spans the academic, nonprofit, and healthcare sectors, giving her the experience to know the needs of nonprofits and research groups. Kate graduated cum laude from the University of Iowa with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology.
Anna King is a Facilitator and Program Manager at Integrated Work Strategies. In addition to her work for corporate and government organizations, Anna has special expertise in the nonprofit arena. Her nonprofit work spans many fields including health and wellness, the arts, affordable housing, and community foundations. Anna holds a bachelors degree in Political Science from the University of Colorado and is a Certified Professional Behavioral Analyst (CPBA) and undergoing Coaching certification.
Christi Granstaff, MSW, is a Senior Facilitator at Integrated Work. She has worked with Community Health Centers and Primary Care Associations for more than a decade. Christi has provided staff leadership, day-to-day oversight of training and technical assistance programs, and successfully directed the government relations and health care policy activities of a statewide association. Christi has served in leadership positions for many years at the state, national and local levels. She worked on Congressman Jim Cooper’s successful campaign for Tennessee’s 5th Congressional Seat and worked on his legislative staff in Washington, D.C. during his first several months in office.
Darby Coleman is our Director of Operations at Integrated Work. She has more than 5 years of experience in contract management, materials design and production, budgeting, and meeting the needs of our clients large and small. She assists clients through project planning and tracking, regular communications, materials preparation, and contract finalization — ensuring that no detail goes unnoticed and we deliver on-time and in-budget.
Kristin Imo is a Facilitator and Program Manager for Integrated Work. Kristin supports client projects by conducting input conversations with executives and generating themes across conversations; assists in the preparation of agendas, presentations, and materials; communicates with clients regarding the planning process; serves as co-facilitator during on-site sessions; and develops detailed summary notes of client meetings. Prior to joining Integrated Work, Kristin served as Program Manager for the Foothills United Way Nonprofit Cultivation Center.
Rebecca Neels is a Facilitator and Coach for Integrated Work. She brings an extensive understanding of the nonprofit sector and interpersonal communication to the practice of organizational development, and specializes in assisting nonprofit and government leaders to become more effective in their roles by identifying areas for growth, developing plans to achieve goals, transition planning, and improving communication skills. As a certified coach, her passion is helping clients align their strengths and values with actionable goals so they can deliver a more meaningful impact in their life and work. She has a Master’s Degree in Applied Communication and Organizational Development from the University of Denver and a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Communication from the Ohio University Scripps School of Communication.
Joli Stoker is the Administrative Assistant at Integrated Work. She ensures our office runs smoothly by scheduling client and internal meetings, greeting clients and visitors, coordinating travel, and assisting in preparations for client events. Her efforts in supporting our day-to-day operations ensures that our clients and staff feel welcome and well-prepared for what’s to come.
Steve Hartung is CIO/CTO of Integrated Work Strategies. Steve has a BSE, Electrical Engineering, from the University of Michigan, a Master of Astronomy degree in astrophysics, and a PhD in computational astronomy from James Cook University in Australia. He is an adjunct faculty instructor in physics at a local college. Steve is a Senior Member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), a member of the Association for Computing Machinery (ACM), and a member of the American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS). He holds several patents in the areas of data storage and information archiving. Steve brings over 20 years of experience in managing, developing and supporting technology to IWS. He is a veteran of several technology start-up companies over the past 20 years, prior to which he worked in a government research lab and served in the US Air Force.
In addition, IWS contracts with a number of skilled contract consultants, coaches, and facilitators to match our clients’ needs.
