Jessica Hartung, founder of Integrated Work Strategies and CEO, has spent fifteen years focusing on the relationship between individuals, their work, and how business goals can be more successfully achieved while people enjoy the process. She holds a Master of Science in Management from Regis University, a BA in Sociology from the University of Michigan, and is a Certified Professional Behavioral Analyst (CPBA). She is a member of the International Coaches Federation, which is recognized nationally for maintaining the highest standards in the coaching profession, as well as the Institute for Management Consultants, part of the global community that certifies management consultants in accordance with international standards. Jessica is included in the National Register's Who's Who in Executives and Professionals, 2004 Edition.

Marnie Williams is a facilitator and consultant. She has spent the last 22 years working and teaching in the healthcare industry with an emphasis on pain management.  Marnie has facilitated sessions for non-profit organizations working with women, individuals dealing with posttraumatic stress, and spirituality at work and in everyday life.  She is also trained as a legacy facilitator. Marnie holds a bachelors degree in Theatre from the University of Kansas.  She is a certified trigger point Myotherapist and is certified in early childhood education.

Anna King is a program manager at Integrated Work Strategies. She has spent the past six years working with a variety of organizations including non-profits, large corporations, government agencies, and small businesses, giving her flexible skills and varied knowledge. Anna has special expertise in the non-profit arena. Her work for and with non-profits spans many industries including health and wellness, the arts, affordable housing, and community foundations. Anna holds a bachelors degree in Political Science from the University of Colorado. Anna is a Certified Professional Behavioral Analyst. She is active in Boulder's non-profit community and is on the board of the I Have a Dream Foundation of Boulder County.

Sonia Sheck is a program manager at Integrated Work Strategies. She brings several years of experience conducting data analysis and research for one of the largest health care workers unions in the country. She also has experience working on large school-based health initiatives for the Mayor’s Office in New York City. Sonia holds a bachelors degree in Psychology from Smith College and earned a Master of Health Services Management and Policy degree from the Robert J. Milano Graduate School of Management and Urban Policy. 

Sarah Ballard-Ramirez keeps our office running smoothly as Office Manager. She brings several years of experience in administrative support to benefit our consulting and coaching clients. Sarah has an associates degree in Business Administration from Red Rocks Community College in Colorado. Sarah maintains our office systems, handles accounts payable and receivable and assists with client communications.

Steve Hartung is CIO/CTO of Integrated Work Strategies. He keeps the systems behind the company operating and manages the development of new technologies that support our business and our clients. Steve has a BSE, Electrical Engineering, from the University of Michigan. Steve is a Senior Member of the IEEE, a member of the ACM, and a member of the AAAS. He has eight patents issued, and several more pending, in the areas of data storage and information archiving. Steve brings over 20 years of experience in managing, developing and supporting technology to IWS. He is a veteran of several technology startup companies over the past 15 years, prior to which he worked in a government research lab and served in the US Air Force.
