Jessica G. Hartung, founder of Integrated Work Strategies and CEO, has spent 20 years focusing on the relationship between individuals, their work, and how business goals can be successfully achieved while people enjoy the process. She holds a Master of Science in Management from Regis University, a BA in Sociology from the University of Michigan, and is a Certified Professional Behavioral Analyst (CPBA). She is a member of the International Coach Federation, which is recognized nationally for maintaining the highest standards in the coaching profession, as well as the Institute of Management Consultants, part of the global community that certifies management consultants in accordance with international standards.
Lisa Mouscher is an Organizational Learning Facilitator at Integrated Work. Her background includes 15 years of experience as a facilitator, trainer and coach, with a focus on leadership and staff development, organizational change and human resources. Lisa holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Lesley University and is a certified trainer in DDI's Targeted Selection Behavioral Interviewing program.
Sue Brundege is an Organizational Learning Facilitator at Integrated Work, providing facilitation and coaching to clients in the areas of leadership, communication, peer learning, and team-building. As a certified coach, Sue provided organizational development consulting for a major healthcare system, including leadership coaching and communication skills training. She has owned her own company, coaching and mentoring entrepreneurs as they grow their businesses. Prior to that, Sue worked for a global engineering and technical services firm in communication and sales training, proposal writing, and Web content management. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Speech Communication with an emphasis in organizational management.
Mary Rianoshek is our Client Experience Manager. She applies her skills and gifts to fostering solid relationships with our clients and consultants. Her professional background includes faculty and program management for a training and consulting company, advertising/public relations/marketing, owning and managing several restaurants, and even several years as founder and director of a film festival. She attended Northern Illinois University.
Kate Goff is the Learning Team Coordinator at Integrated Work Strategies. She has 12 years of experience in social science research and industry. Her background spans the academic, nonprofit, and healthcare sectors, giving her the experience to know the needs of nonprofits and research groups. Kate graduated cum laude from the University of Iowa with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology.
Sarah Ballard-Ramirez keeps our office running smoothly as Office Manager. She brings several years of experience in administrative support to benefit our consulting and coaching clients. Sarah has an associates degree in Business Administration from Red Rocks Community College in Colorado. Sarah maintains our office systems, handles accounts payable and receivable and assists with client communications.
Darby Johnson Darby Johnson is our Executive Assistant at Integrated Work. She is the primary point of contact for client scheduling and coordination of events and meetings. Her background in small business management guides her to efficiently direct and organize office communications, provide administrative assistance to our facilitators, and create a welcoming environment to both clients and staff.
Anna King is a program manager at Integrated Work Strategies. In addition to her work for corporate and government organizations, Anna has special expertise in the nonprofit arena. Her nonprofit work spans many fields including health and wellness, the arts, affordable housing, and community foundations. Anna holds a bachelors degree in Political Science from the University of Colorado and is a Certified Professional Behavioral Analyst (CPBA).
Steve Hartung is CIO/CTO of Integrated Work Strategies. Steve has a BSE, Electrical Engineering, from the University of Michigan, and a Master of Astronomy degree in astrophysics. He is an adjunct instructor in physics at a local college. Steve is a Senior Member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), a member of the Association for Computing Machinery (ACM), and a member of the American Association for the Advancement of Science(AAAS). He holds several patents in the areas of data storage and information archiving. Steve brings over 20 years of experience in managing, developing and supporting technology to IWS. He is a veteran of several technology startup companies over the past 15 years, prior to which he worked in a government research lab and served in the US Air Force.
