New Promotion

Along with a promotion comes a host of changes in relationships, expectations and issues to consider.  Working with a coach helps the individual think these items through and develop new mindsets and strategies to address them.  A key characteristic of newly promoted leaders is dismay that the strategies and approaches that have worked so well in the past, and in fact, may be the reason they were promoted are no longer working effectively for them.
