Jessica G. Hartung, MSM - Founder & CEO
Jessica’s focus is growing people, personally and professionally, through their work. She founded Integrated Work to fulfill a vision of creating a learning laboratory company that brings top-notch professional development to mission-driven leaders making the world a better place.
Her “super power” is designing system-level solutions that integrate multiple perspectives, and accomplish multiple objectives. Poof! The team at Integrated Work partners to implement co-designed solutions for capacity building such as peer learning communities, coaching and leadership development programs, strategic planning, and team development.
With twenty years of experience as a leader in collaborative professional development, Jessica has led hundreds of retreats, powerful peer learning events, and has real-life, in-the-trenches business experience as CEO. Her views are grounded in industry research and walking-the-talk inspiration to explore new ways to build leadership capability everyday. Jessica lives in Boulder with her husband, astrophysicist Dr. Steven Hartung and two amazing, entrepreneurial teenagers.
Sue Brundege, MA - Director of Client Services
Sue believes true change happens from the inside out, and is dedicated to helping mission-minded leaders shift their thinking and bring about positive, lasting change. Her favorite work involves helping people build confidence and skills to become great leaders; facilitating meaningful discussions that advance learning and growth; and coaching individuals to move in new directions.
Sue is the Director of Client Services for Integrated Work, ensuring our clients are happy and our team has the resources to do great work. She is a seasoned facilitator, executive coach, and skilled consultant. With a background in healthcare, science, communication, and organizational development, Sue brings a practical yet engaging approach to professional growth.
Sue has an uncanny ability to distill complex ideas down to their essence, and loves using metaphors and word play. She brings energy and a quirky sense of humor to her work, along with compassion, curiosity, and an untiring commitment to improvement. Outside of work, Sue is hooked on nature, plays the accordion, does stained glass and mosaics, and loves living in the mountains with her husband and two kitties.
Darby Coleman - Director of Operations
Darby is passionate about turning big ideas into actionable plans to move forward on the desired goal. She is skilled at strategically planning for the future and considering all potential impacts of decisions made, while maintaining equal focus on the needs of our clients and our staff.
As Director of Operations, Darby’s overarching objective is to coordinate operations in a way that maintains our culture, provides staff with access to tools and systems to efficiently and effectively support our clients, and contributes to achieving our organizational goals. Having joined Integrated Work in 2009, she also serves as the go-to resource regarding our many long-term clients and projects. She is dedicated to our mission, our clients, and the continuous improvement of our operations.
A native Texan, Darby now resides in Colorado, where she loves seeing the sunset over the Rocky Mountains. As a wife and mother, her nights and weekends are spent carting her teenager to and from a myriad of school events, hoping her college freshman will text her, and carving out time for yoga.
Christi Granstaff, MSW - Senior Facilitator
Christi has a passion for the professional growth and development of our clients. She builds and strengthens client relationships, supports organizations that are improving the lives of those with limited resources, and partners with clients to increase the impact they have on their communities. She delivers a blend of facilitation, training, coaching, and consulting that move forward the client’s mission.
Her areas of expertise include creating successful, solution-oriented strategies; developing and strengthening key partnerships; leading collaborative team-based projects; assessment and response to emerging issues; leadership; and communications. With more than 15 years of experience, Christi’s strategic thinking and complex problem-solving skills enhance our peer learning team programs and assist clients as they seek approaches to overcome their professional challenges and enhance their leadership skills.
Christi graduated with her Master of Science in Social Work from the University of Tennessee and earned her Bachelor of Science in Social Work from Austin Peay State University in Clarksville, TN. Christi lives in Franklin, TN with her adorable son, Jack.
Anna Davis - Facilitator, Coach & Trainer
Anna Davis has a heart for doing good and helping others. She believes kindness matters and tries her best to live this motto. She is intrigued by people’s stories – the experiences and learning that brought them to the present moment – and who they want to be in the future.
Anna facilitates events focused on professional development topics, as well as peer learning conversations geared toward the needs of participants. She also provides peer learning design consulting and facilitation training to organizations wanting to develop these capabilities. She appreciates the rich connections people make and leverage over time through interacting and learning from their colleagues. She is also passionate about assisting others to create awareness and take action to find purpose and fulfillment in their lives and work. To that end, she recently achieved a graduate Professional Life Coaching Certification through the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
Anna lives with her husband, Greg, three children, and a menagerie of pets in Stillwater, Minnesota, just a bridge away from Wisconsin. In her free time, she is busy raising her kiddos, reading, gardening and engaging in other outdoor activities, or is contemplating the meaning of life.
Sabrina Edginton - Peer Learning Facilitator
Sabrina is passionate about social justice and has a long history of working on issues related to poverty and health. She is an experienced peer learning facilitator and has led discussions with national stakeholder groups to share and learn effective strategies to improve health care delivery for hard to reach and complex patient populations.
Prior to joining Integrated Work, she worked at the National Health Care for the Homeless Council to support national efforts related to permanent supportive housing, medical respite care, access to disability benefits, shelter health, and whole community emergency planning and with United Way of Metropolitan Nashville managing community health and wellness grants and initiatives. She received her Masters of Science in Social Work at the University of Tennessee and was awarded the Rhoda O’Meara Award for Public Welfare.
Sabrina lives in Nashville, TN with her husband and two dogs, Hamilton and June. When she isn’t working, she enjoys traveling, hiking, reading, and trying new vegetarian and vegan restaurants. She drinks too much coffee and hopes to be a contestant on the Price is Right.
Katherine Shervais - Product Development Manager
Katherine’s focus is on product development, utilizing materials created over our many years of experience in peer learning, leadership development, and facilitation to create new products to best suit the needs of our client base. She enjoys taking concepts and overarching ideas, breaking them down to tangible steps, and using creativity to design a final product. This development allows organizations to receive continual, innovative support from Integrated Work, integrating leadership development into their every day.
Katherine comes from the world of academia, receiving a Master of Science in Geosciences. Her previous experience in managing research projects and curriculum development for a science non-profit has honed her skills in project coordination and designing educational products. Katherine lives in the mountains outside Boulder, Colorado and enjoys hiking with her dog from her front door and knitting sweaters to get through the cold winter months.
Kate Goff - Peer Learning Program Manager
Kate focuses on managing programs and projects with a high level of accuracy, timeliness, and meaningful activity to meet client goals. She enjoys breaking down large, emerging ideas into concrete steps and action plans, and finding ways to implement them with the least amount of stress possible. Her aim is always to say, “Well, that all came together nicely, didn’t it?” She manages the HRSA-sponsored Peer Learning Team program, and is an experienced interviewer.
Her previous work in a sociology/behavioral research institute and as a crisis intervention counselor contributed to her blend of analytical and human-centered thinking, and her music industry experience has honed her ability to herd cats.
She also enjoys writing, both in a professional capacity at Integrated Work and as a fiction writer in her personal life. Kate lives on the coast of Central California with her husband, where she enjoys beachcombing and hikes in the redwood forests.
Laura Grzenda - Marketing Assistant
Laura focuses on managing multiple projects at Integrated Work with a focus on coordinating logistics for peer learning face-to-face meetings. She focuses on the details, ensuring participants and facilitators have the best possible experience and can appreciate their time together. Laura’s passions for working with people and project management make her the perfect fit for planning events with multiple moving parts and stakeholders. Her favorite thing about being on the Integrated Work team is the opportunity it provides for her to contribute to people and organizations that are doing truly positive and important things in the world.
Laura lives in Northglenn, Colorado with her boyfriend, his daughter, and their pet cat and lizard. During her spare time, Laura enjoys teaching dance and going for motorcycle rides in the mountains.
Joli Sakamoto - Administrative Assistant
Joli Sakamoto joined Integrated Work in August 2013, and has been instrumental in our success as our Administrative Assistant. Her excellent attention to detail serves us all well as she supports clients and staff with scheduling, greeting visitors, coordinating travel arrangements, and preparing for client engagements. Her effort in supporting our day-to-day operations ensures that our clients and staff feel welcome and well-prepared for what’s to come.
Joli lives in Broomfield, Colorado with her two daughters, where she enjoys spending time outdoors, hiking and playing slow-pitch softball throughout the year.
