Team Building

Integrated Work offers a wide range of team building experiences to help groups work more cohesively toward their mission and goals. Sessions combine proven assessment techniques, individualized training, and support tools and materials—all designed to deliver results.

Understanding Communication Styles for Teams  – DISC

Understanding our own communication style and preferences, as well as knowing how to recognize the styles and preferences of others, helps teams work most effectively. Integrated Work facilitators help teams use the DISC assessment to improve interactions. Team productivity and cohesiveness is supported through a discussion of the dynamics of communication based on the specific composition of behavioral styles of team members. For more information on the DISC behavioral assessment, review a Sample DISC Report and contact us to discuss your situation.

Creating Resilient Teams

Teams can learn principles and tools that allow them to respond to change, stress, and setbacks with exceptional performance, even in the most adverse times. This training begins with an online assessment using the most widely-adopted measure in the world for gauging and strengthening how people respond to and deal with adversity: the AQ Profile®.  During this team building session, participants will engage in the Real Deal™ exercise and use other methods to:

  • Clarify what matters most to them
  • Strengthen their engagement and energy
  • Improve their relationships
  • Better align values and motivators among team members
  • Stay focused on common goals
